In today’s world you need to get information quickly.  We are pleased to announce that effective Monday, October 26, 2009 we will be offering members-only access option to our Commercial Credit Reports, as a supplement to BCCA’s Credit Reports, to help meet this need. This report is being offered as additional information to any report BCCA currently has in its database or on a new report being created from a credit application supplied by you. You now can request a BCCA report only or a BCCA Report and the Commercial Credit Report combination.  

The new Commercial Credit Report feature: 

·                  A wide spectrum of easy-to-understand information, including comprehensive demographic, financial and public record information as well as sophisticated analytic credit scores.

·                  Accurate, objective and continually updated data from multiple sources (no self-reported financial information that is offered by some reporting companies).

·                  Payment and banking data with more than 550 million payment experiences reported annually, from Experian Business Information Solutions.

·                  Audited financial information with balance sheets and ratios on more than 10,000 public companies, from Edgar Online.

·                  Nearly 8 million collection experiences directly from commercial collection agencies, from Experian’s database.

·                  National coverage of public record data, including liens, judgments, bankruptcy filings, UCC’s, from Lexis Nexis and Experian.

·                  Demographic data, including business background, principal names and titles, industry type, revenue, and employee counts from Lexis Nexis.     

How to request the Commercial Credit Report: 

  •  Call BCCA at 847/881-8757 during regular business hours* and have the company name (agency, advertiser or buying service) and address available.  Our staff of investigators will look up the report and will send it to you within 60-minutes of your request.  If you would like to also receive the BCCA Custom Credit Report you can order it then. If the BCCA Custom Credit Report is current we will send it to you immediately. If the BCCA Custom Credit Report is not current, we will update it, or if not on file, we will create a new report from a credit application supplied by you. You will be sent a preliminary BCCA Custom Credit Report within 48 hours (New or Updated Reports) and the Commercial Credit Report will arrive to you within 60-minutes...probably sooner! Remember we can do local, national and international reports!
     

  •  Fax BCCA your request for the Commercial Credit Report only on your company's coversheet with all your information on it. A copy will arrive within 60-minutes of our receipt of your request.* Or if you would also like a BCCA Custom Credit Report fax a completed credit application to 847/784-8059.  If we do not have a file established, we will initiate the investigation with the same fast turnaround time.

  • Visit our website: www.bccacredit.com -- get instant Internet access to BCCA's entire database of over 35,000 reports with search, view, and request capability all at no extra charge!  Simply check the Commercial Credit Report ONLY box and you will receive the Commercial Credit Report via email or fax within 60-minutes*. If we do not have it in our list of reports just click on the 'Request Form' Tab at the top of the page. Fill out all required fields and hit submit. Your request will be emailed to BCCA immediately. You still have the ability to immediately download or print the BCCA Custom Credit Report. Also, if you request one of BCCA's Reports to be updated, you can also order the Commercial Credit Report and receive it within 60-minutes of your request.*  (Please note that our new website features work best with Internet Explorer browser version 6.0 or higher.)    

 How Commercial Credit Report are charged: 

·   Commercial Credit Report Only* = 3 credit report units

·    New or Updated BCCA Custom Credit Report plus Commercial Credit Report = 3 credit report units

·    New or Updated BCCA Custom Credit Report Only = 2 credit report units

·   Completed BCCA Custom Credit Report (reports for which no add'l work needs to be done) = 1 credit report unit

·    Completed BCCA Custom Credit Report plus Commercial Credit Report = 2 credit report units
